Far North Queensland Gran Turismo
Back in Far North Queensland by popular demand – a Gran Turismo of 200km, 300km, 400km and 600km over eight days. Visit some new areas, and return to some much loved favourites. Test yourself with rides along beaches, past cane paddocks, through outback scrub and into the rainforests. Relax and enjoy the beautiful and diverse scenery of the tropical Far North. Finish in Cairns on 9 September 2017 and celebrate with breakfast on the waterfront the next morning.
Great Northern 6 Pack
Running concurrently with the Gran Turismo is a six day series rides of either 200km or 100km. The Great Northern 6 Pack is perfect for riders who do not wish to tackle a Gran Turismo but would like to participate in long distance rides in Far North Queensland. The GT and the 6 Pack share the same accommodation at the end of each day, so those who love shorter rides have plenty of time to socialise and enjoy the sightseeing.
Take the full strength challenge (six 200km rides) or the light weight option (six 100km rides). Or choose a mid strength version (three 100km and three 200km) or anything in between. You don’t need to make a decision now – just make a choice according to how you feel each day. The options are endless.
The Great Northern 6 Pack finishes in Cairns on 7 September 2017, giving riders time to soak up the tropical atmosphere until the Gran Turismo riders return on 9 September 2017.
